Explain why an external facility is needed
Describe whether the occupants need additional capacity, cannot use the built-in facilities or are supporting an activity outside the vehicle. Mention authorised property restrooms that remain available.
If the real requirement is vehicle servicing, a connection or waste-system repair, identify it separately. Those services are not implied by a request for an external portable cabin.
Check the landowner’s conditions
Ask whether temporary equipment is permitted and where it may stand. Permission to park a camper does not automatically approve additional rental facilities or their servicing visits.
Review the proposed approach and surface with the provider. Keep the equipment from obstructing the vehicle, neighbouring spaces or routes established by the property operator.
Coordinate visits with the stay
Identify who provides access if the occupants are away, and discuss washing, supply checks and servicing. The external equipment needs its own operating plan.
For a North Lauderdale request, agree collection before departure or arrange a responsible handover. Keep the rental scope distinct from the rules governing the vehicle’s stay so neither responsibility is lost between them.
