Describe preferred amenities and access needs separately. An upgraded cabin or trailer should be compared by its actual features, not chosen solely because it looks appropriate in a picture.
Resolve support before final placement
For a trailer, discuss the offered model’s receiving and operating requirements. Ask the venue contact what utilities or space can be provided, rather than assuming nearby facilities are available.
Coordinate the position with other suppliers so guest approaches and equipment visits remain practical. Changes to tents or catering areas should be checked against the restroom plan.
Give practical responsibility to a named person
The couple or main host may not be available to coordinate equipment visits. Identify a receiving and collection contact who understands the accepted arrangement.
